5¢ ERROR STRIP A scarce printing error flanked on both sides by the correct 2¢ values. It was caused when a "5" was used to correct an engraving plate instead of a "2". This was an easy mistake to make since a 5 looks like a 2 because the type appears reversed on the plate.
