As part of a huge dealer's stock that we recently purchased, we discovered a number of 1000 Worldwide packets prepared by a retired dealer more than 20 years ago. When we examined a few packets we found a tremendous variety of wonderful postage stamps from more than 35 countries, with a slight problem - some of the Czechoslovakian stamps were stuck together (these old Czechoslovakian stamps utilized a gum that was prone to this).

At Least 700 Old Stamps
A conservative estimate is that you'll get well over 700 stamps that are not affected at a cost of a little more than 1¢ per stamp, which is a wonderful bargain today. You'll also find around 100 pictorial local issues. These seldom seen local issues from the 1970s and 1980s are considered to be topical-related labels that were not utilized for postal use from odd locations like Scotland's islands of Staffa, Bernera and Gairsay as well as from the Persian Gulf State of Oman.
