#1931 - 18¢ Farmers' Bank

The National Farmers' Bank in Owatonna, Minnesota was designed by Louis Sullivan and built in 1908. The first of Sullivan's "jewel boxes", the building is clad in red brick with green terra cotta bands, and features two large arches. Internal elements include two stained glass windows, a mural, and four immense cast iron "electroliers" (electric chandeliers). Scott 1931 Farmers' Bank
