1997-2001 Looney Tunes

The first issue in the Looney Tunes series kicks off with the iconic Bugs Bunny, the wise-cracking rabbit with a Brooklyn accent who never seems to make that left turn at Albuquerque. Chosen to be the official mascot of the Stampers Postal Program, Bugs’ involvement was to help expand interest in stamp collecting to a younger generation.  The single stamp in the right panel was produced with serrated perforations and imperforate.
