With the contract to print stamps moving from the Canadian Bank Note Company to the British North American Bank Note Company in 1930, new designs were needed. Similar to the 1928-1929 series, the same portrait of King George V was used with minor changes to the frame and the addition of maple leaves in the top corners. Canada #162 orange
