1931 Rotary Definitives #692-701

1931 Rotary Press Definitives #692-701
The 1922 definitive series had been first issued in Perf. 11, then in Perf. 10, and then again, in 1926, in Perf. 11x10½ -- but only up to the 10¢ denomination. In 1931, higher denominations from 11¢ to 50¢ were changed as production shifted to the faster rotary press.
