1995-1997 32¢ Flag Over Porch Identifier

The 32¢ Flag Over Porch stamp was issued in sheet, booklet and coil formats, with booklets and coils being both water-activated gum and self-adhesive gum. There are 15 identifiable varieties by three printers, identified by the gum type, perforation (or die-cut “perforation”) measurement, and the color and size of the date at the lower left of the design.
