Responding to the postage increase from 2¢ to 3¢, the design of the 1932 2¢ Washington Bicentennial stamp was modified for use at the new rate. The horizontally perf 10 coil saw little demand since it was used in a limited number of vending machines. Scott 722 3¢ Washington coil
