Armenia #1b - 1919 Imperforate Mint Issue

Although Armenia has been independent since the 1991 breakup of the Soviet Union, it also enjoyed a brief independence between 1919 and 1922. Its first stamps were handstamped overprints on older Russian stamps. This imperforate stamp is the first stamp issued by independent Armenia. (Armenia #1b)
