1982 North Korea Commemorative Sheet
There had to be a fascination with the British Royalty in the upper levels of North Korea's communist regime to issue this 1982 sheet of 4 with official first day of issue cancel honoring the birth of Prince William .

This large 5-1/2 x 7-5/8 inch sheet includes a photo of Princess Diana on the left with 4 different postage stamps showing Diana, Prince Charles and the newborn Prince William.  Thirty-one years later the world anxiously watched as Prince William and Kate left St. Mary's Hospital with their new young Prince!
