Ethiopia Red Cross - Unissued Mint 1936 Set of 3

Intended for release in 1936 for Red Cross relief, Ethiopia fell to the invading Italian army and these stamps remained unissued. Years later most of the mint stocks were overprinted for various uses after Ethiopia’s liberation, but some sets without overprints found their way to collectors. (Ethiopia #368-70var)
