Cacheted First Day Cover of Rare 1993 Issue

Collectors were caught by surprise when a small number of the 1993 Hank Williams stamps, normally found with the coarser perforation gauge 10, were found with the finer gauge 11.2 x 11.5. The first day cover of this perforation variety is so rarely found that it is unknown to most first day cover collectors! (US #2723A FDC)
