Scarce 1962 Complete Mint Never-Hinged Set of 8 Stamps and Commemorative Sheet

Scouting came to Paraguay in 1960, and in celebration they released this imperforate set of 8 stamps and a commemorative sheet in 1962 in very small quantities.  A larger printing of the same designs was made in different colors in perforated form.  This rarely-seen imperforate set, depicting a scout camp and founder Lord Baden-Powell has a catalog value of $117!
