Prince Edward Is. #5 Victoria - 1862 Mint Issue

This 2-pence Queen Victoria stamp, issued in 1862, was printed by Charles Whiting, a British printer who proposed the idea of prepaid postage in 1830, ten years before the first postage stamp was issued! (PEI #5)
