The special pictorial postmark includes the monogram E and P surrounded by ribbons and wedding bells. Discovered untouched for decades in an old dealer’s stock, each cover is franked with either a 1-penny stamp or pair of half-penny stamps picturing King George VI. These covers have been sold by a major British dealer for $40 each!
