#909 - 5¢ Poland Flag: Plate Block

In 1939, as part of the secret Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact between Nazi Germany and the U.S.S.R., Poland was invaded almost simultaneously on two separate fronts. Warsaw capitulated on September 28, 1939 and the country was divided into spheres of influence.
