Vietnam (South) # 514-16 Surcharges - 1975 Complete Set of 3

South Vietnam's final issue before falling to the Viet Cong forces from the north was this set of three stamps originally issued in 1973 and 1974, surcharged with new values. It was sold briefly before the fall of Saigon. (Vietnam #514-16)
