Barbados #3 Britannia - 1852 Mint NH Issue

A remarkable early imperforate engraved issue featuring Britannia, the allegorical figure of Britain with a 3-masted sailing ship in the background. Taken from a post office-fresh mint sheet, this 170 year old stamp is rarely found in never-hinged condition with original gum! (Barbados #3)
