Issued in 1947 to publicize the Greater Austria Art Exhibition in Vienna, this finely-engraved complete set of 10 mint stamps features a selection of the artwork on display. It also features Viennese landmarks and the Melk Abbey, which was damaged by fire later that year. The surcharge on their sale went to fund the exhibition. (Austria #B208-17)
