Apollo 15 Moon Rover - Unusual 2-D Dual-Image Mint Commemorative Sheet

The July 1971 Apollo 15 mission was the 4th landing on the moon and the first to include the lunar rover, which allowed the astronauts to travel further from the lunar base to explore and conduct scientific experiments. By tilting this lenticular 2-D sheet, the images changes from the lunar rover to Al Worden's historic "space walk" outside the command module – the first spacewalk in "deep space" outside the earth's orbit. Sheet measures approx. 4" x 2". (Ajman Michel #1451)
