New South Wales #92 - Classic 1891 Mint NH Issue

Overprinted to cover a shortage of needed denominations, these rarely-seen surcharged stamps are especially scarce in mint never-hinged condition, and were on sale for a brief time. This stamp's overprint is for a halfpenny on a one-pence stamp. (New South Wales #92)
