Nova Scotia #12 - 1860 Unused 10¢ Queen Victoria

This beautifully-engraved young Queen Victoria, based on an 1859 portrait by Royal court painter Franz Xavier Winterhaler, is one of the few stamps issued by the former colony prior to joining the Canadian Confederation.
