Originally planned for release in 1944, this stamp marks the 100th anniversary of the Morro Lighthouse, built in 1844 on the grounds of the Morro Castle at the entrance to Havana Bay. It is one of the oldest lighthouses in Cuba and its most famous. (Cuba #432)
