Germany #206-07 Goldsmiths - 1942 Mint Never-Hinged Goldsmith Set

Most commemorative stamps issued during Hitler's dictatorship included a hefty surcharge for the "Hitler Culture Fund", much of it used to enrich Hitler's personal art collection. This 1942 set celebrates Goldsmiths' Day, issued by the government in 1942 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the German Goldsmiths' Society and the first official Goldsmiths' Day.
