#912 - 5¢ Luxembourg Flag: Plate Block

As part of the Nazi Westfeldzug, Luxembourg was invaded simultaneously with Belgium and the Netherlands on May 10, 1940. After successfully seizing Luxembourg, Hitler quickly instituted a series of decrees which banned all use of the French language, dissolved all political parties, and disbanded the Parliament.
