#102 Canal Zone Overprint - 1931 Used Issue

For its first 25 years under U.S. administration, the Canal Zone used overprinted stamps of Panama and the United States. This 3¢ Lincoln was in use for less than 2 years before being replaced with a new design. (Canal Zone #102 used)
