Samoa #24b - 1895 Mint Surcharged Issue

One of the final issues of the Kingdom of Samoa before it was claimed by Germany as a colony, the surcharged values on this 125-year-old stamp was actually applied individually to each stamp by hand! (Samoa #23B)
