1943 Mint Never Hinged Charity Issue
During the war, Germany occupied parts of Yugoslavia and controlled the Independent State of Croatia. In 1943 a large and beautifully engraved commemorative was released showing St. Mary's Church in Zagreb to benefit the Croatian Philatelic Society.
