Cyrenaica #38 - Never-Hinged - Save 30%

Once a far-flung outpost of the Ottoman Empire, Cyrenaica existed briefly as an Italian colony before being incorporated into the colony of Libya in 1934. This 1930 issue is overprinted on Italian stamps honoring the Tuscan warrior Ferrucci for use in the colony. (Cyrenaica #38)
