#CS12 - 10¢ Davis - 1863 issue, neck hairline even with lips

This scarce Civil War relic picturing Confederate States President Jefferson Davis was printed in Richmond prior to its fall, and then in Columbia, South Carolina, until it was captured by Union forces.
