Russia #2369 Stamp Fair Overprint - 1960 Mint Issue

To celebrate the participation of the Russian post office at the San Marino- Riccione Stamp Fair, a small quantity of Russia’s Rome Olympics stamp was overprinted with a red inscription marking the event. (Russia #2369)
