3¢ Washington - US #207 Unused 1881 Re-engraved Design

In 1881 American Bank Note re-engraved the 3¢ Washington design. The shading on the right side of the oval medallion for #207 is about half of the shading width of the previous 3¢ designs. While this unused 3¢ issue may have minor imperfections such as a straight edge or short perf, it will be an attractive stamp and a welcome addition to your collection - plus you save off our regular price!
